You don't have to give us any data to play the free demo — leaving your email is optional.
3. How long we keep it
- Account and email — until your account is deleted or you ask us to delete it.
- Current game and typed answers — on the game server for 7 days after your last activity, then deleted automatically.
- Order data — until your account is deleted or you ask us to delete it. Once we start selling paid scenarios, data from paid orders will be kept for the period required by tax law.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell data. Only companies that help us run the service may have access to it:
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU) — server hosting,
- Google (Gmail) — sending emails,
- Google (Forms) — the survey after the demo (anonymous, does not collect email addresses).
5. Data stored in your browser
- The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (login session, selected language).
- If you play the demo without an account, a cookie remembers your anonymous game, so you can return to it from the same browser. It expires 90 days after your last visit and contains only a random game identifier.
- The game stores the conversation history and a session identifier in your browser (localStorage), so you can return to the game after refreshing the page. This data stays on your device; you can remove it by clearing the site data in your browser.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Write to mariusz.xpedyt@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
7. Changes
We will announce significant changes to this policy on the website. Version of 8 October 2026.
